Victoria Studios is located in the first row from the sea, so all accommodation units have side sea view. Studios are nicely decorated, with new furniture and kitchen. Guests can use private parking, as well barbecue area where they can hang out and enjoy.

Accommodation is located in Skala Potamia, few meters from the closest beach, which is rocky, but if you go on the left, towards Golden Beach, after 150m sandy part starts. From the center of the place is 700m far, while the closest supermarket is 2 minutes walking from the accommodation.

There are a total of seven studios for rent, arranged in two buildings - one in front of the sea and one in the backyard, behind the first building. The furniture is new and each studio has a balcony with a side view of the sea, with those who are closer to the sea having a better view. In the building in the back part of the yard, two studios are located on the high ground floor, and two are on the first floor. All studios are the same size, 25m2, and each has one double bed and one sofa bed for two children. They can be rented as double, triple and quadruple.

In the house right in front of the sea, there are three more studios on the ground floor, which were built in 2020, so everything in them is completely new. Two studios have a direct sea view while the third is located at the back and overlooks the courtyard but that one is not available for reservations. The layout of the bed is the same, they have one double bed and a sofa bed (where two small children can sleep). The cooking and frying is forbidden in these units.

Cleaning, change of bedding and towels is done every three days.

Courtyard is paved and well maintained, full of flowers and greenery. In the courtyard are built in barbecue and common kitchen which can be used by all guests, as well as private parking.
