Billena Villa is very nice, new accommodation with heavenly arranged, fenced courtyard, so the youngest visitors can enjoy and run around safely. Accommodation is well maintained and the owners make sure that their guests have everything that is needed for one pleasant stay.

Accommodation is located on the main road that passes through Skala Potamia, about 900m from the center and 850m from the beach.

In total there are four rooms on the ground floor. Two double rooms are facing big front yard, while a triple and a quadruple room are facing small backyard.

Room no.1: equipped with one double bed and one single bed that can be pulled out from the double bed. It is a standard bed, when pulled out, comes at the same height as the double bed is. If this bed is pulled out, the spaces becomes smaller.

Room no.2: like room no. 1, also this accommodation unit is equipped with one double bed and one standard single bed that can be pulled up from the double bed. If this bed is pulled out, the spaces becomes smaller.

Room no.3: equipped with one double bed and one folding sofa for two small children or one adult. We would like to mention that the room gets quite smaller when the sofa is folded.

Room no.4: equipped with one double bed and two folding sofas. If both sofas are folded, the space become smaller but still, there is plenty of space.

Furniture is new and modern and the rooms are very clean and nicely decorated, but smaller size (12m2). Rooms are air-conditioned an have a TV, fridge, A/C, hair dryer, veranda, WiFi internet and mosquito nets.

Replacement of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning is done after three days.

The fantastically arranged courtyard has a lot of shade, grassy areas, playground for children, garden furniture, benches, olive trees and flowers. In the courtyard, you will find darts, chess and other board games, and there is a gazebo with barbecue, dining table and fully equipped common kitchen. Another common kitchen is located in the house, on the back side. The courtyard can be entered only with a key, that comes with the room key. All guests are provided with private parking.

Since it is located on the main road, you will easily find this accommodation. From the direction of Limenas, this accommodation is on the right side of the road and it is very well marked.
