Golden Sun Studios is a newer accommodation with a beautifully landscaped yard and well maintained accommodation units. The yard is very nicely decorated, full of toys for children, with a nice lawn and shade, as well as a barbecue.

The accommodation is located in Skala Potamia, about 850m from the beach. It is about 900m away from the center.

The villa is new, equipped with modern and quality furniture. It consists of a total of six studies - two four-bed, one five-bed and three three-bed.

Two four-bed studios (25m2) are located on the high ground floor and consist of one double bed and a bunk bed. The five-bed studio (30m2) is located on the top floor, in the attic and has one double and two single beds, and can accommodate a cot. Also, up to five people can stay in this studio because there is a drawer bed. This studio has a very large veranda, while the other terraces are smaller and each includes a dryer.

Three triple studios (15m2) on the first floor can also be sold as double beds and consist of one double bed and a drawer bed that can be pulled out from under the French one.

All studios have a kitchen with a double stove-top, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker and a fridge, bathroom, balcony, air-conditioning, LCD TV, DVD, hair dryer, safe and mosquito nets.

Since frying is not allowed inside the studios, villa has one more well equipped kitchen on the veranda (including a stove with oven, among other things), that can be used for frying and preparing more complicated meals.

Cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels is provided in four days.

The yard is very nicely decorated, full of toys for children, with a nice lawn and shade, as well as a built-in barbecue.

Villa has no private parking, but there’s a place for free parking around the house and by the road.

Courtyard is nicely arranged, full of toys for children, with beautiful lawn and tree shade, as well as a barbecue available.

The nearest supermarket and bakery are 200m away.

If you want a new and perfectly equipped accommodation, Golden Sun Studios might be a good choice.
