Filiko Villa 1 is located in a quiet street near the center of Ammouliani. It offers two studios with a capacity of 2-4 people and four apartments, with a capacity of 2-6 people. The nearest smaller beach, Galini, is 300m from the accommodation, and about 1.5km from the house is one of the most popular beaches on the island, Alikes Accommodation also accepts small pets.

The nearest market is 50m away, the nearest restaurant 150m, and a bakery 200m.

The studios are on the first floor. One is for three people and has a double and a single bed, and the other is a quadruple and has a double and two single beds.

The apartments are on the second floor. Two have one bedroom and two are duplex. One of the one-bedroom apartments has a double bed and two single beds, and the other has two double beds. So both can accommodate four people. One of the duplex apartments is for five people and has a double bed in one bedroom and a double and single bed in the other bedroom. The second duplex apartment is for up to six people. The layout of the beds in it is the same as in the first duplex apartment, except that there is another single bed in the kitchen.

In the kitchen of all units, there is a stove with one hob, an electric kettle and a large refrigerator (preparation of lighter meals), and in the bathroom there is a shower with a curtain.

All accommodation units are air conditioned and have internet, TV and a terrace with awning. A hair dryer can be requested from the owner.

There is only one baby cot in the accommodation and you can get it to use if it is free at the desired time. This is arranged at the time of booking.

Cleaning of units as well as change of bed linen and towels is done every three days.

Behind the building there is a small fenced yard, with a couple of sofas.

Cars are parked on the street in front of or nearby.
