Four apartments are located on the first floor and can accommodate two adults and two children. They consist of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed for two.

One accommodation unit, in its structure, is a maisonette on three levels and can accommodate four adults. It consists of a living room and kitchen on the ground floor, two bedrooms - one in the basement and the other on the first floor, each with a double bed, and two bathrooms.

Two accommodation units, in their structure, are maisonettes on three levels and can accommodate six adults. They consist of a living room and kitchen on the ground floor, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor, while the third bedroom, located in the basement, has two single beds.

All rooms are air-conditioned, guests have access to a TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchenette with two hobs, a standard refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathrooms feature a shower without a bathtub, with a glass partition. A baby cot is available upon request.

Cleaning of the accommodation units is done daily, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is done every three days.

Pets are not allowed. There is no private parking, but free parking can easily be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where it is located.
