Atspas Studios Villa is located in the village of Skala Maries, in the first row by the sea, at a distance of 120m from the sandy beach Atspas, after which it was named. The center of the village, taverns, and the town beach are 400m away, while the nearest store is located on the same street, 160m from the accommodation.

There are two newly built studios (27-30m²) on the ground floor - one double and one triple. The double studio features a double bed, while the triple one contains a double bed and a fold-out armchair. A baby crib can also be added upon request.

Both studios are air-conditioned and have a kitchen equipped with a standard refrigerator, microwave oven, single burner, kettle, and toaster. Mosquito nets, Wi-Fi internet, and TV are available. The bathrooms are modern and have a shower cabin with a glass screen.

In front of the entrance to each studio, there is a fenced veranda with a table and chairs. They offer a beautiful view of the sea.

Cleaning, as well as the replacement of towels and bed linen, is done every three days.

Pets are not allowed. Parking is possible along the street.
