Toptsis Boutique Rooms is a recently renovated accommodation located in the first row by the sea, just a minute’s walk from the sandy town beach in the village of Skala Potamia. The accommodation is within short walking distance from the center and the main seaside promenade with numerous traditional taverns, bars, shops, and a children’s playground.

The accommodation is accessible from the promenade, through the Medousa cafe. The first shop is 180m away, and the butcher’s is 100m away.

The accommodation offers four rooms of 12m², designed for two adults and one child. The rooms are equipped with a double bed, while for the child, a pull-out bed or an extra bed can be added, noting that this considerably narrows the space and reduces comfort.

The rooms Alexandra and Afendria are located on the ground floor, each with a table and chairs in front. Upstairs are the rooms Athina and Evangelia, which share a common (passing) balcony overlooking the mountains.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi connection, TV, hairdryer, and mosquito nets. A baby cot is available upon request. They do not have a kitchen, but are equipped with a fridge, kettle, and toaster. Guests have access to the outdoor shared kitchen on the ground floor, as well as a common area with tables and chairs.

Room cleaning and towel change are done daily. Bed linen is changed every four days.

The accommodation does not have a private parking lot, but parking can be found in public areas nearby.

Pets are not allowed.
