Blue Sea Beach Boutique Resort is located in Skala Potamia, in the second row from the sea. It is a recently renovated and modernly decorated property. The greatest advantage is the location, because it is just few steps away from all the amenities that Skala Potamia offers - restaurants and beach bars, markets, bakeries and souvenir shops.

The accommodation is located in Skala Potamia, 200m away from the sandy city beach with shallow water.

This accommodation offers 18 accommodation units with a capacity of 2-4 persons for rent. There are six standard rooms, seven studios for up to 3 persons, and five family studios for up to 4 persons. All accommodation units are equipped with one double bed and, depending of the number of guests, the owner add one sofa bed or a folding armchair. The rooms are about 18m2 in size, while the studios are slightly more spacious, about 22-24m2 in size.

All accommodation units have A/C, TV, hair dryer, fridge, an electric kettle and a private bathroom. Only studios have a small kitchenette, while rooms do not have a kitchen. The internet access is available.

Cleaning is performed daily, while towels and bed linen change is done after every two days.

There is private parking.

When you arrive at the central intersection in Skala Potamia (from the Golden Beach direction), take a turn left and drive downhill towards the city center where you have to take a turn left again at first intersection, and keep driving straight forward until you notice the hotel Blue Sea Beach Boutique Resort on your right side. A little further ahead there is a parking lot, where you can leave your vehicle. When you enter the accommodation complex, you will notice a reception at the bottom of the yard.

The nearest market is a 5-minute walk away.
