Hotel Maria is an older building, but with very clean and nicely maintained rooms of small size. A very nice hotel in the first row to the sea is owned by an older lady, who is very friendly and hospitable.

Hotel Maria is located in the first row to the sea in Skala Potamia. The beach is rocky at the entrance, and hotel guests can use deck chairs (there are a total of four pairs of deck chairs with parasols). It is 200m away from the sandy city beach with a gradual depth and about 500m away from the center.

The hotel has a total of eight double rooms - four with two single beds and four with a double bed. Each room has a bathroom, refrigerator, hairdryer, table and two chairs in front of the entrance. The baby cot can be obtained upon request at the time of booking, and guests can use the mobile grill in the courtyard of the villa. The rooms are located on the ground floor and on the first floor, very clean and nicely decorated. The size of the accommodation units is about 12m2.

On the second floor, there is a very well equipped common kitchen for preparing meals. There is also a dining room with tables and chairs and fantastic direct views of the crystal clear and blue sea.

On the first floor, in front of the entrance to the rooms, there is a narrow veranda that offers a beautiful view of the unreal blue sea, while the ground floor rooms come directly into the yard and also have a beautiful sea view.

Cleaning is done daily and bedsheets and towels are changed every 4 days, if necessary more often.

Hotel Maria has private parking.

If they wish, guests can pay a continental breakfast for 5e per day, per person. The first supermarket is about 50m, and the bakery is about 100m away.

Hotel Maria is recommended for guests who are not demanding and know how to enjoy the sea, the beautiful and romantic view from the veranda, from the yard and the dining room, and at the same time want affordable accommodation on the beach.
