Aenaon Villa is located in the peaceful and green surroundings of Elani, on the western coast of Kassandra, and is an excellent choice for larger families and groups of friends. It is a spacious and comfortable house, carefully and neatly furnished, offering plenty of space for a pleasant and relaxing stay for a larger number of guests. The area is peaceful and ideal for guests who want to enjoy a holiday away from the crowds and noise, while the nearby pine forest adds to the pleasant atmosphere. The beautiful Elani Beach is located nearby and is known for its clear waters, natural shade and picturesque surroundings. Elani is a small and peaceful settlement, while nearby Siviri and other popular resorts offer restaurants, shops and various amenities for guests. Thanks to its location on Kassandra, the property is also an excellent starting point for exploring numerous beaches, resorts and attractions throughout the peninsula. Aenaon Villa is therefore an especially good choice for guests looking for spacious accommodation for their entire group, a peaceful setting and the opportunity to discover the most beautiful parts of Kassandra during their holiday.

The three-bedroom apartment, designed as a maisonette, is spread over three levels and can accommodate up to seven adults. The entrance to the accommodation is on the ground floor, where there is a living room with a kitchen and one bedroom, while the upper level, on the first floor, features two bedrooms and a bathroom. From the living room, stairs lead down to the basement, where there is a spacious living room with a billiard table and a bar, as well as a bathroom, while a toilet is located on the stair landing. One bedroom has a double bed, the second has a sofa bed for two people, and the third has a single bed with a pull-out trundle bed. The living room also has a single sofa bed.

A baby cot is available upon request and is included in the price.

The air-conditioned accommodation offers guests free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer and a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster.

There is a veranda on the ground floor, while the first floor features a balcony accessible from the bedroom. The veranda and balcony are furnished with outdoor seating and offer a beautiful sea view, creating a pleasant setting for relaxation and enjoyment. Guests also have access to a fenced and well-maintained yard with pleasant shaded areas, outdoor seating, a gazebo, sun loungers and a barbecue, making it ideal for relaxing and spending time outdoors.

Pets are not allowed at this accommodation.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation according to their habits and needs. Additional sets of bed linen and towels are available in the apartment, allowing guests to use and change them independently during their stay. Final cleaning is mandatory at the end of the stay, is charged separately and includes thorough cleaning of the accommodation after the guests’ departure.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
