The price-quality ratio deserves a full five stars. It takes just a few minutes to walk to the beach, and the accommodation is located in the new part of Sarti, so reaching the center requires a car. However, this brings the advantage of privacy, tranquility, and silence, as well as secured parking. Their second property is right on the beach, where breakfast is served if you choose to pay extra for it. Due to some minor inconveniences, we were offered a complimentary breakfast, which we accepted. I am not sure if this was because we were there in September, at the end of the season, or if this is the usual practice, but I believe that for €8 per person, one can enjoy a much more varied breakfast in Sarti. Therefore, if we return to Sarti, we will definitely choose this accommodation again, but we would not opt for breakfast. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist and very courteous. They have my highest recommendations.

The accommodation is new, exceptionally clean, with towels changed every three days and bed linens every four days. It is important to highlight that the Sunrise Country Hotel, where the accommodation is located, is in the new part of Sarti, which is very beautiful but has minimal amenities. The old Sarti, where all the events (taverns, shops, beach bars) take place, can be reached quickly by car in 5-6 minutes or by walking for about 30 minutes. We also paid for breakfast, which was quite satisfactory. It wasn't very diverse, but it was always fresh, replenished, and of high quality. Additionally, it should be noted that the Sunrise Hotel, where breakfast is served, is located on the beach in the new part of Sarti, which is just a 5-minute walk away. The main road is nearby, so occasional noise is possible, but it is negligible considering that from the apartment you have a clear view and do not look into the neighbor's window, which is a rarity in most accommodation units in Greece. We recommend it to anyone for whom location is not crucial, but privacy and comfort are very important.:)

My boyfriend and I arrived early on the first day, but the kind owner, Kassandra, prepared the apartment for us in just ten minutes, allowing us to enter earlier than expected. She also welcomed us with a famous Greek dessert. The beach, located near the accommodation, is less than five minutes away, and the room is cleaned every two days, during which the bedding is changed and we receive a new set of clean towels. All in all, we are extremely satisfied with both the accommodation and Sarti. Upon checking out, the lovely Kassandra presented us with a gift as a token of appreciation. For some unknown reason, I am unable to change my rating from 4 to 5 stars. The hotel is intimate, located across from the main road, in a part of Sarti that is still developing. The accommodation is clean, tidy, and spacious. The owner is very accommodating. We had breakfast included, and there was food to suit every taste. I truly have no complaints, except perhaps about the wifi, which seems to be a common issue everywhere. However, this also presents an opportunity to disconnect from technology.

The hotel is located in the new part of Sarti, which is considerably quieter. The beach is reachable by a leisurely walk of about 5 minutes. It is important to note that one must cross a main road, but with standard caution while crossing the street, this posed no problem for us. Occasionally, at night, we could hear noise from the cars, which might disturb those who are light sleepers. The old part of the town and the center are about a 20-minute walk away. There is parking in front of the property. Kassandra, who welcomed us, was extremely helpful, hospitable, and pleasant :)

We are extremely satisfied with our accommodation at the Sunrise Country Hotel. The hygiene is excellent, with cleaning and changing of bed linens and towels every two days. The hotel is very close to the city beach, which is spacious and not overly crowded, and the prices are reasonable. Overall, a perfect score of 10/10.

We were here at the beginning of July with our child, and it was truly wonderful. Clean, with a yard. In a great location, we didn’t hear the main road even with the window open all night. It takes about 2-3 minutes by car to reach the center of Sarti, but we intentionally chose a place a bit outside the center, yet close to the beach, which suited us perfectly.

The advantages of cleanliness and maintenance of the apartment are excellent. The drawbacks include poor sound insulation; there are doors between the Green apartment and the Bez apartment, and although I was assured that nothing could be heard and that everything was insulated, everything is indeed audible. The simplest conversations, hair dryers, phone ringing - all of it... Fortunately, in the other apartment across from us, there is a couple who do not shout much while talking or making love; otherwise, it would be quite bizarre. The terraces are designed in such a way that there is no intimacy; we can see each other's tables... But that's more or less it; the biggest problem is the lack of sound insulation between the apartments. The refrigerator in the apartment is very noisy; during the day, it is drowned out by other sounds, but in the evening, when everything quiets down, it can be quite loud, so I had to turn it off. The apartments themselves are beautiful, modern, regularly cleaned, and have their own parking. As for the main road, personally, I find the noise from passing cars and motorcycles bothersome, as it can be quite loud, but fortunately, since it's September, it's not that terrible... I think that 60 euros in September is a bit high for this apartment.

The owners have taken great care of everything, the kitchen is excellent and equipped with more than enough amenities for a seaside stay, and the bathroom is adequately sized and exceptionally well-designed! Regarding hygiene, this is undoubtedly the cleanest accommodation anyone can find by the sea; everything is in perfect order, with daily cleaning, towels changed every two days, and bed linen every three days. The owner, Kasandra, resides on the ground floor and spends most of her daytime hours at their other hotel, Sunrise, which is located on the beach near the bar, and she is incredibly kind and available 24 hours a day! We will certainly return. Sarti is a beautiful place for a vacation, and when it comes to the hotel and service, it is hard to find anything better or of higher quality!

The house itself is very comfortable, conveniently located near everything, yet it exudes a peaceful atmosphere, despite being close to the main road. The beds are equipped with comfortable, high-quality anatomical mattresses, and I have not encountered such quality bedding in private accommodations before. A parking space is provided, and there is a lovely lawn in the yard with a small, charming playground for children. Undoubtedly, my family and I will stay there again. Upon our departure, the owners gifted us a wonderful token of appreciation—a delightful bottle of Greek wine that truly delighted us.

The center of Sarti is about 500 meters away, where accommodations face each other, meaning you end up looking into each other's rooms, which I find unappealing, so I suggest choosing accommodations 500 meters from the center. The evenings are lively with fantastic food options wherever you turn. The beach is clean, never overly crowded, as it is long enough for everyone to spread out comfortably. We would definitely return to this place and this accommodation again.

The beach is literally 200 meters from the accommodation, and you can cover that distance by using the bicycle available for free. The linens were changed three times during our nine-night stay, towels were replaced every other day, and the apartment was cleaned daily. The owners are very pleasant, unobtrusive, friendly, and ready to assist. They explained everything to us upon check-in so thoroughly that we had no further questions, and we even received a token of appreciation upon departure. A new small hotel with a comfortable terrace that is well oriented, basking in the morning sun and shaded in the afternoon (it definitely has an awning). I haven't been in a nicer bathroom in a long time. The beds are extremely comfortable. Bed linens and towels are changed every couple of days. The location is at the exit of Sarti, so if walking to the center is an issue for you, that might pose a problem. The hotel has a reception and some rooms right on the beach, but our accommodation was in a new building "above the highway." You can't hear the traffic, so that's not a concern.
