The villa is located 800 m away from the sandy beach in Metamorfosi, known for its crystal-clear sea and gradual entry into the water, making it suitable for families with children. During their stay, guests have complete privacy as the owner does not reside on the property, making this villa an excellent choice for a carefree and relaxing holiday.

The villa consists of three levels and can accommodate up to fourteen adults. Due to its location on sloping terrain and the elevated part with the pool, the level referred to as the ground floor at the front is considered a semi-basement at the back. The part of the villa in the semi-basement and on the second floor is intended for guests, while the part on the first floor belongs to the host and cannot be used during guests’ stay. The semi-basement of the villa can accommodate up to eight adults. It includes two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and a bathroom. One bedroom has two single beds that can be joined together, while the other has a double bed. The living room features a sofa for two people and bunk beds, making this area suitable for larger families. The second floor can accommodate up to six adults. Upon request, a baby cot can be provided at no extra charge, included in the stay price. Guests have air conditioning at their disposal, in the living room of the semi-basement and in the hallway between the rooms on the second floor, allowing for effective cooling during the hottest summer days. The property has wireless internet, as well as Smart TVs in the living rooms. Both kitchens are fully equipped and include a stove with four standard rings, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. Each level has a washing machine, as well as an iron and ironing board. A hairdryer is also provided.
