Villa Serena Pool Suites is located in a quieter part of Kassandra, approximately 2.3 kilometers from Nea Fokea and 700 meters from the beach. The accommodation consists of a studio unit designed for guests aged 12 and older, with a maximum capacity of four adults. It is laid out as a two-level maisonette, spanning the ground floor and the attic. The ground floor features a living area connected to the kitchen and a bathroom, while the sleeping area is situated on an open-plan mezzanine level in the attic. A double bed is available on the mezzanine, and the sofa in the living area provides sleeping space for two additional guests.
Air conditioning ensures a comfortable temperature throughout your stay, while Wi-Fi and two Smart TVs allow you to relax with your favorite online content. A safe is also available for guests to store personal belongings. The kitchen is equipped with a built-in two-zone cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher, making daily meal preparation and keeping the kitchen tidy easy. - Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 45 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
