In a quiet and secluded part of Nea Moudania, surrounded by nature and far from the city crowds, you will find the luxurious Nefeli & Dina Villas—an ideal choice for those seeking complete peace and privacy during their holiday. The villas are rented individually and offer a high level of comfort, while each one features its own private swimming pool for relaxation and refreshment during warm summer days. The beach is 2.7 km away, but this distance is negligible considering the level of comfort and privacy these villas provide, along with their modern equipment and thoughtfully designed space for a perfect summer getaway.

Nefeli & Dina Villas consist of two separate houses spread across three levels, offering a comfortable stay in a well-organized space. On the ground floor of each villa, there is a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms—in Villa Nefeli, this level also includes a bathroom and an additional toilet, while Villa Dina has two bathrooms on this floor. On the second floor (attic level), Villa Nefeli has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, while Villa Dina features an open sleeping area and two bathrooms. Villa Nefeli can accommodate up to 10 guests and all bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the living room includes two single sofa beds. Villa Dina has a maximum capacity of eight guests, with two bedrooms featuring double beds, a third bedroom with bunk beds, and an additional double bed in the gallery sleeping area, making it ideal for families and larger groups.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon request, with prior notice at the time of booking.

Air conditioning units are available in the living room and in each bedroom—five in total per villa—ensuring maximum comfort during hot days. Each villa offers Wi-Fi internet access as well as a flat-screen TV in the living room. The kitchens are modern and fully equipped for preparing meals for larger groups, including a large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, large oven, four glass-ceramic burners, and all essential small appliances such as a kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and microwave. Additional comfort is provided by a washing machine and a hairdryer, both available in each villa.

The outdoor area of the villas is carefully designed to provide guests with a complete holiday experience. Each villa features a private swimming pool surrounded by seven sun loungers, as well as verandas and balconies equipped with seating areas, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. Spacious and beautifully arranged yards further enhance the sense of comfort and privacy, while Villa Dina also includes a summer pavilion that adds to the outdoor experience. Each unit has its own barbecue, allowing guests to enjoy preparing meals outdoors.

Pets are not allowed in this property.

Upon arrival, guests are required to pay a deposit, which is fully refunded at the end of the stay, provided no damage has been caused.

Cleaning services, as well as bed linen and towel changes, are carried out regularly every three days to ensure a high level of hygiene and comfort throughout the stay.

Private parking is available exclusively for guests, with one parking space per villa, which may be insufficient depending on occupancy. Additional parking is available on the street near the property.

Nea Moudania is one of the more important towns in Halkidiki, known for its authentic atmosphere, long coastline, and well-developed infrastructure, making it an excellent base for a summer holiday. Thanks to its location, it is an ideal starting point for exploring both Kassandra and Sithonia, allowing guests to easily visit some of the most beautiful beaches and coves in the region. Nearby are Nea Plagia (16 km) and Nea Kalikratia (26 km), while Thessaloniki Airport is 53 km away, ensuring easy and quick access to the destination.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 10 days prior arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

Upon arrival, guests are obliged to pay a security deposit of 300€, which is to be returend fully at the end of the stay, given that no damage has occured.
