Rafaela Apartment accommodation is located in the village of Pefkochori, one of the most well-known and most visited tourist destinations on the Kassandra peninsula in Halkidiki, at a distance of 550 meters from the beach. This accommodation is a good choice for families and small groups of guests looking for a spacious and functional apartment in a quieter part of the village, with easy access to all amenities the area offers, including restaurants, cafés, shops, and the seaside promenade.

The apartment, designed to accommodate up to six adults, is located on the first floor and is characterized by its spaciousness and functional layout, providing guests with a pleasant and comfortable stay during their holiday. The accommodation includes a living room with a kitchen, two separate bedrooms, and a bathroom, with double beds placed in both bedrooms, while the living room features a sofa bed for two people, further ensuring flexibility and the overall capacity of the apartment.

Upon request, a baby cot can be provided free of charge, which further contributes to the comfort and suitability of the accommodation for families with small children.

Air conditioning is available and included in the price, while additional comfort is provided by two air conditioning units located in the living room and one of the bedrooms. Guests have access to WiFi internet, a TV in the living room, as well as a washing machine and a hair dryer, which contribute to full functionality and comfort during their stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a ceramic cooktop with four cooking zones, a large oven, a microwave oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster, as well as a dishwasher, allowing guests complete independence in meal preparation during their holiday.

Guests have access to a balcony with a view of the courtyard, equipped with comfortable outdoor seating, providing a pleasant space for relaxation during the day or evening.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation unit themselves, as regular cleaning as well as bed linen and towel changes are not included in the standard service. However, cleaning service is available upon request for an additional charge, as well as an extra set of bed linen and towels, also available at an additional cost.

Pets are allowed, with a mandatory security deposit that is fully refunded upon check-out, provided that no damage has been caused to the accommodation unit during the stay.

Guests are provided with a private parking space for one vehicle within the property, which further contributes to the practicality and comfort of the stay.

Pefkochori is known for its long sandy beach and lively atmosphere, with a wide selection of taverns, cafés, and shops along the promenade. In the surrounding area, there are also other popular resorts of the Kassandra peninsula, such as Hanioti and Kallithea, as well as Paliouri, known for its beautiful beaches, turquoise sea, and well-organized tourist facilities. The accommodation is approximately 95 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport, allowing for a relatively quick and easy arrival at the destination.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Price note

Upon arrival, guests traveling with pets are required to pay a security deposit of 200 €, which may be retained by the owner in case of any damage. The deposit will be fully refunded if no damage is caused during the stay.
