Yard Of Panos is a comfortable house located in Paralia Neas Triglias, Halkidiki. Only 130 m away from the nearest beach and 600 m from the resort center, with its spacious and well-maintained yard, it provides comfort and relaxation marked by enjoying the greenery, relaxing in the sun and the feeling of complete privacy and peace.
The house is intended for a maximum of four adults and two children, ideal for families or small groups of friends. All rooms are located on the ground floor and include a living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. In one bedroom there is a double bed, in the other two beds for one person, while in the living room there is a sofa for two people.
A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon request at the time of booking.
This facility is air-conditioned, while air conditioners are positioned in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. Wireless internet connection, as well as a flat screen TV, are available to guests, which makes the stay easier for anyone who needs access to technology and multimedia content. The kitchen is equipped for the preparation of meals, even the demanding ones, and contains a large refrigerator with a freezer, a stove with four hotplates and a large oven, as well as a kettle. A washing machine and a hair dryer are available to guests during their stay.
Regarding the open space, guests can enjoy the spacious yard, which is equipped with seating furniture. The yard presents a special charm of staying in this facility, bearing in mind that it is spacious and extremely well-maintained, so guests will surely remember their vacation by the time spent outdoors. There are also two deckchairs in the yard, which guests can use for sunbathing and relaxing, but can also take them to the nearby beach if they wish, with the obligation to return them.

Directly in front of the courtyard, there are three private parking spaces at guests’ disposal, which ensures that the stay will be carefree for those who are used to going on vacation by their own vehicles.
During their stay, guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation, as well as for changing the bed linen and towels, which are available to them. Cleaning services can be provided at an additional cost.
