Just 55 meters from the sandy beach, in the pleasant setting of the seaside resort of Nea Vrasna, Maria Apartments offer an excellent choice for those who wish to enjoy a vacation close to the sea. Thanks to its prime location, guests can reach the shore in just a few steps, while the promenade, restaurants, cafés, and shops are easily accessible. Nea Vrasna is known for its long, well-maintained beach, crystal-clear sea, and relaxed atmosphere, making it an ideal destination for family holidays as well as for couples seeking peace and enjoyment.

The property offers five comfortable apartments of different capacities, carefully designed to meet the needs of families and small groups of guests. The accommodation includes four-bed, five-bed, and six-bed apartments, located on the ground floor and the first floor of the building. Each apartment consists of a living room with a kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a private bathroom, providing a functional layout and a pleasant stay. For comfortable sleeping arrangements, guests have at their disposal a double bed, a sofa for two people, and an additional single bed or bunk beds, depending on the apartment type.

A baby cot is available upon request, with prior notice at the time of booking, and its use is included in the accommodation price.

Each apartment is equipped with carefully selected amenities that allow guests to feel at home during their stay. Facilities include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi internet access, a flat-screen TV, and a hairdryer, while the kitchen is equipped with two hotplates, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave oven, and a coffee machine. This equipment provides everything needed for simple meal preparation and enjoyment throughout the holiday.

The outdoor area of the property is designed as a place for relaxation and socializing. First-floor apartments feature a standard balcony, as well as a smaller balcony accessible from the bedroom, while ground-floor units have their own enclosed verandas, offering additional privacy and direct access to the yard. Guests also have access to a landscaped shared courtyard with seating furniture, ideal for morning coffee, relaxing in the shade, or evening unwinding after a day at the beach. The courtyard also includes a shared barbecue for preparing favorite meals, as well as an outdoor shower for refreshing after returning from the sea.

Pets are allowed upon prior request at the time of booking and with an additional fee, in accordance with the property’s policy.

Cleaning of the accommodation units, as well as bed linen and towel changes, is provided every four days during the stay to ensure a high level of cleanliness and comfort.

Parking is not provided, but guests may park their vehicles nearby, along the street.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
