Stacy’s Cozy Nest Apartment is located in Perea, 800 meters from the beach, and represents a good choice for families and groups of friends who want a comfortable stay in a seaside town near Thessaloniki. The functional layout and pleasant design provide suitable conditions for a shared holiday, while the location allows easy access to the beach, promenade, and various amenities in the town. The proximity to Thessaloniki is an additional advantage for guests who wish to complement their summer vacation with excursions and city visits.

The apartment is structured as a maisonette spread over two levels, basement and ground floor, and is designed to accommodate up to eight adults. On the ground floor there are a living room, kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom, while in the basement there is an additional sleeping area organized into two interconnected sections without doors. The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed, while the sofa in the living room is intended for two people. In the basement, guests have four separate single beds at their disposal.

For the youngest guests, a baby cot can be provided upon request and free of charge, making travel easier for parents and contributing to a more practical stay with a small child.

To maintain a pleasant temperature during the stay, the apartment has an air conditioner on the ground floor and a fan. Guests have access to WiFi and a Smart TV, allowing them to enjoy their favorite online content. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop with four heating zones and a large oven, suitable for preparing a variety of meals, including more demanding dishes. A large refrigerator with freezer provides ample space for storing food, while a microwave oven and toaster are also available. A washing machine makes longer stays easier to organize, and a hair dryer is also available to guests.

Guests have access to a small shared outdoor space in the yard, arranged with a combination of maintained lawn and paved area. This space complements the atmosphere of the accommodation and provides the possibility for short stays outdoors.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment, so they can adapt the upkeep to their own habits and holiday rhythm. Replacement sets of bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation, and guests are responsible for changing them.

Guests arriving by car have one private parking space within the property, making arrival and daily use of the car easier during their stay.

The accommodation is about 10 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
