Areti Rooms represent a comfortable and modernly equipped accommodation in Neos Marmaras, on the Sithonia peninsula, 750 m away from the main beach and just 170 m from the resort center. Located in a new building, whose balconies offer a view of the blue Aegean Sea and the enchanting resort of Neos Maramaras, full of restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops and other numerous facilities where every guest can find their own corner and a place to enjoy.

This accommodation consists of a total of four rooms - two double rooms located on the first floor, as well as two four-bed rooms located on the second floor. Smaller rooms are intended for a maximum of two, and larger ones for a maximum of four adults. All rooms have a private bathroom, while the four-bed rooms feature two levels and contain additional sleeping space in the open gallery. All units are equipped with double beds, in accordance with their capacity, which ensures the highest possible quality of sleep and a feeling of restfulness for all guests.

It is not possible to provide a baby cot in this accommodation.

All rooms are air-conditioned, while in the units with an open gallery, a fan is also available. All accommodation units are equipped with a hair dryer, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a Wi-Fi internet connection, and include a flat screen TV, ensuring the availability of favorite multimedia content for all guests during their stay.

You can enjoy the outdoors on the balconies. Smaller rooms have one balcony, while rooms intended for four guests have two balconies each - the first is accessed from the lower level, and the second from the open gallery. The balconies provide a view of the sea from a distance, the harbor, and a large part of the resort itself. Within the accommodation there is also a small courtyard, where guests can relax before entering the rooms after returning from the beach or enjoy pleasant summer nights, preparing food using the barbecue grill, which is shared by all guests in the building. The yard is also equipped with a smaller children’s playground, which the youngest will especially enjoy.

A big advantage is the fact that you can stay in this facility with your pets, without additional fees or size restrictions, which makes this accommodation an ideal choice for all those who cannot imagine leaving their four-legged family members at home during vacation.

Private parking space is not provided for guests within the accommodation, while parking is possible in the immediate vicinity of the building, i.e. along the street. Vehicles are meant to be left in public parking spaces, in accordance with availability in the area, without pre-booked or designated parking spaces for guests.

Cleaning service is provided every second day, while bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay, if the stay is longer than five days. This way, it is ensured that guests will not have to worry about daily household chores during their stay.

If guests would like to embark on the adventure of further exploring the peninsula, it is important to note that this accommodation is located 13 km away from the famous Kalogria Beach, 20 km from Nikiti and 21 km from Toroni. The nearest international airport is in Thessaloniki, 108 km away.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
