Mola Kaliva Summer House is located in the small village of Mola Kaliva, on the western side of Kassandra, 80m from the beach.

The accommodation unit consists of three levels, with separate entrances and can accommodate up to 12 people. On the first level (ground floor level) there is a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, and in the living room, there is a sofa for two. On the second level (first floor level) there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, with a sofa for two in the living room. On the third level (second floor level) there are three bedrooms and a toilet. Two bedrooms have a double bed each, and the third bedroom has two single beds.

Guests have access to air conditioning on the first level, while ceiling fans are located on the second and third levels, as well as free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and two fully equipped kitchens with a four-burner stove, a large oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathrooms have a bathtub and a shower cabin.

Enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings with a panoramic view of the sea and the garden on the veranda or balcony equipped with a seating set.

In the beautifully decorated and maintained yard, you can enjoy preparing a barbecue with family and friends in the gazebo.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the apartment during their stay, as well as changing the bed linen and towels (provided). There is a mandatory cleaning service fee for all reservations.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Price note
