Terrasea Apartment is located in Neos Marmaras, one of the most famous resorts on the western side of Sithonia, in surroundings that offer guests a good combination of a seaside atmosphere, a livelier summer vibe, and practical amenities for everyday stay. The accommodation is a good choice for families or groups who want a functional apartment with a sea view, with the possibility to spend their holiday in a place that offers beaches, restaurants, a promenade, and various facilities during the season. Thanks to its position in Neos Marmaras, the apartment provides a pleasant base for a holiday that can combine swimming, evening walks, visits to nearby beaches, and enjoyment in one of the liveliest places in Sithonia.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building built on a sloping terrain, accessed by three steps, and is designed to accommodate a maximum of five adults and two children. It includes a kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms and a bathroom, making it suitable for families or guests who prefer a layout without a living room, but with separate sleeping areas. The first bedroom has a double bed and a sofa, while the second bedroom has two smaller-than-standard double beds and an additional sofa, making the layout particularly practical for families with children.

The apartment’s equipment is adapted for a practical and more independent stay during the holiday. Air conditioners are located in both bedrooms, contributing to a more pleasant temperature during warmer days, while WiFi internet provides daily connectivity. Guests have access to a TV in one bedroom and a hair dryer. The kitchen area with a dining table is equipped with a stove with three burners and a small oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, and a mixer for instant coffee, allowing guests to prepare meals and drinks during their stay.

The apartment has two small private balconies with a sea view, giving the space a pleasant summer atmosphere and the possibility of spending time outdoors. Guests also have access to a large shared balcony on the roof of the building, suitable for relaxation and enjoying the view. Within the accommodation, there is a landscaped, fenced yard with shade, seating, and a children’s area, which can be practical for families during their stay. An outdoor shower and a gas barbecue in the covered part of the yard are also available.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Maintenance of the accommodation during the stay is organized every five days, when cleaning of the apartment and replacement of bed linen and towels is carried out. This maintenance rhythm provides guests with additional convenience and contributes to a tidier stay, especially if they plan a longer holiday.

A private, guaranteed parking space is not provided. Guests arriving by car can park along the street or in the surroundings of the accommodation, depending on the availability of spaces.

Neos Marmaras is one of the most famous and liveliest places in Sithonia, suitable for guests who want to spend their holiday in a place with more amenities, evening events, and a good selection of restaurants, cafés, and shops. The town is built along the coast and on gentle elevations, so in many of its parts the sea view alternates with narrow streets, the promenade, and the lively atmosphere typical of popular resorts. The beaches in Neos Marmaras and the surrounding area offer different options for swimming, from the town beach and Paradisos beach to organized and more natural parts of the coast nearby, making the place suitable for families, couples, and groups who want to have a choice between swimming, walking, going out, and exploring Sithonia. Thanks to its good position on the western side of the peninsula, Neos Marmaras is also practical for exploring nearby beaches, trips to Porto Carras, and short visits to other places in Halkidiki. The accommodation is about 108 km from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
