The nearest beach is just 610 m away, allowing guests to reach the crystal-clear sea with a pleasant walk and enjoy the beauty of Halkidiki before returning to the peaceful surroundings that ensure a truly relaxing stay.

This spacious two-level maisonette accommodates up to nine adults, making it an excellent choice for large families or groups of friends looking for comfortable and functional accommodation. The ground floor features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The upper floor, located in the attic, includes an additional bedroom and a second bathroom, providing extra privacy and comfort.

One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a pull-out trundle bed, while the second bedroom features a double bed and a bunk bed. The living room also includes a sofa bed suitable for two people.

A baby cot is included in the price and is available upon request with prior notice at the time of booking.

To ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year, the maisonette is equipped with air conditioning in every room, providing an ideal indoor temperature regardless of the season. Flat-screen TVs are available in all rooms, while complimentary Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the property, allowing guests to stay connected or enjoy their favorite entertainment.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals for larger groups and includes a large refrigerator with a freezer, a full-size oven, and a stove with four ceramic hobs. Smaller appliances include a coffee maker, an electric coffee pot (for traditional coffee), and a toaster. For added convenience, guests also have access to a washing machine and a hairdryer.

Guests can relax on the ground-floor veranda furnished with outdoor seating, or on the balcony, both of which are perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding after a day at the beach. The property also features a small enclosed garden with a well-maintained lawn, providing additional outdoor space and a safe area where children can play while parents relax.

Please note that pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Housekeeping service, as well as bed linen and towel changes, are not provided during the stay, and guests are responsible for maintaining the accommodation themselves. For stays of seven nights or longer, replacement bed linen and towels will be available in the maisonette, allowing guests to change them whenever needed.

Guests have access to one private parking space in front of the property. Additional parking is available free of charge along the nearby street.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
