Hotel Description

Panagia Villa is located in the peaceful fishing village of Ormos Panagias, on the eastern coast of Sithonia, just 400 meters from the beach and 2 km from the port. This accommodation represents a perfect choice for families, thanks to the spacious courtyard, gazebo ideal for enjoying a barbecue, and secure private parking, available to guests throughout the year.

The apartment can accommodate up to six adults and is located on the high ground floor. It consists of a spacious living room, equipped kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds, and the living room has a sofa for two.

Upon request, a baby cot is available to guests at no additional cost.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests free WiFi internet, TV, washing machine, hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove and large oven, large fridge with freezer, kettle, and toaster.

From the veranda, equipped with seating furniture, there is a panoramic view of the sea and the landscaped courtyard. Within the courtyard, there is a gazebo with outdoor dining area, private barbecue, and summer kitchen.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. Linen and towel replacement are not provided. Additionally, optional cleaning service is available for an extra charge.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
