The apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator and is designed to accommodate up to five adults. The carefully organized layout includes a living room connected to the kitchen, two separate bedrooms, and a bathroom, offering guests enough space for shared moments as well as the necessary peace and privacy during their stay. Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the sofa in the living room provides an additional sleeping place for one person.

For stays with young children, a baby cot is available free of charge, making travel easier for parents and contributing to a more pleasant and practical family holiday.

To maintain a comfortable temperature, two air conditioners are available, one in the living room and one in one of the bedrooms. WiFi and a Smart TV allow guests to enjoy their favorite online content, while a washing machine and hair dryer add convenience for longer stays. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop with four heating zones and a large oven, providing suitable conditions for daily meal preparation. A large refrigerator with freezer offers ample space for storing food, and guests also have access to a microwave, kettle, and frappe mixer.

Cleaning of the apartment and replacement of bed linen and towels are provided only for stays longer than seven nights, and are carried out every three days. For shorter stays, these services are not included.

Guests arriving with their own vehicle can use public parking spaces along the street and in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, depending on current availability and traffic conditions in this part of the city.
