SartiMorf Studios is located in Sarti, one of the most famous resorts on the eastern coast of Sithonia, about 150 meters from the beach. Thanks to its proximity to the sea, functionally organized accommodation units, and pleasant surroundings, it is a good choice for couples, families, and small groups of guests who want a comfortable stay close to all the important amenities the town offers. The landscaped yard further contributes to a pleasant atmosphere during the holiday, while the proximity of the beach, restaurants, shops, and promenade allows easy organization of daily activities without the need for a car.

The property offers three studios located on the raised ground floor, accessed by five steps. Two studios are intended for up to two adults and have a double bed, while the third studio is intended for up to three adults and is equipped with a double bed and a fold‑out armchair. All units are organized as open spaces for living and sleeping with a kitchenette and bathroom. Thanks to the simple and functional layout, the studios are a good choice for couples and small families who want to spend their holiday near the beach and the amenities Sarti offers.

Guests traveling with small children can request a baby crib free of charge, which makes travel arrangements easier and ensures a more practical stay for families with young children.

The equipment is uniform in all studios, so guests can expect the same facilities and level of functionality in each unit. Air conditioning ensures comfort during the summer months, while WiFi and Smart TV are available for daily entertainment and information. The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic hob with two cooking zones, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and toaster, allowing the preparation of simple meals and hot drinks. A hair dryer is also available, adding to everyday convenience.

Each studio has its own balcony furnished with seating, overlooking the yard. Thanks to the raised ground floor position, the balconies provide a pleasant outdoor space during the day and evening. Guests also have access to a shared fenced yard with a maintained lawn, shade, and seating, offering additional space for rest and socializing. A shared barbecue is also available, enhancing the stay for guests who want to spend part of their time in the pleasant surroundings of the property.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

During their stay, guests maintain the cleanliness of the units themselves, according to their own habits and needs. Bed linen and towels are provided upon arrival, while replacement during the stay is not included. For an additional fee, extra cleaning can be arranged, as well as additional sets of bed linen and towels, which may be useful for guests planning longer stays or those who want extra convenience during their holiday.

The property does not have private parking, but guests can park on the street near the building, depending on availability. Street parking is the usual way of parking in this part of Sarti.

The accommodation is about 133 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
