Accommodation description

Leonidas Apartments 2 is a good choice for all those who are looking for accommodation close to the town beach of Nea Peramos. It offers five nicely decorated apartments with balconies, suitable for two, three or four guests.

Villa is 30m away from the supermarket, beach and taverns. It is located in the second row of the sea.

There are five apartments (6, 7, 8, 9, 10) are offered in this accommodation from 2023. Apartments 6 and 7 are identical, they have one double bed and a sofa for two people, so they can host two adults and two younger children. Apartment number 8 can accommodate three adults (all beds are in the same room), number 9 is for two adults and one child up to 5 years old, while, given the possibility of adding a bed for a small child, apartment number 10 can accommodate two adults, one child up to 18 years and one child up to 12 years. All apartments have one bedroom, a private bathroom and a kitchen that includes a small refrigerator, a mini stove with two hot plates and a small oven. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a flat-screen TV.

Towels and bed linen are changed generally every five days (or seven), depending on the length of stay and in agreement with the owner. Guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation units themselves.

The guests can find parking spaces in the near by streets.

Villa is a good choice for all those who are looking for accommodation close to the beach.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 35% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
