Accommodation description

Giannis Studios is a modern, comfortable and cozy accommodation located in the village of Toroni, on Sithonia. Situated just 15 m from the beach and 450 m from the center of the village, it provides the perfect opportunity for a holiday spent with the sounds of the waves and the scent of the sea reaching the yard or balcony where you can carefree enjoy the fresh Mediterranean air.

The accommodation consists of ten studios, located on the first or second floor and intended for a maximum stay of three or four adults, respectively. Each accommodation unit contains an open-plan sleeping area with a kitchen and a bathroom. Guests in the three-bed studios are accommodated in a double bed and a sofa for one person, or on a sofa bed, while the four-bed studios contain a double bed, a sofa for one person and a sofa bed.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon the guests’ prior request, at the time of booking.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, which especially makes the stay easier during the summer period, while WiFi internet connection and one television are available to guests. It is important to note that the kitchen is intended exclusively for preparing light meals, and contains a two-burner stove, a small refrigerator with a small freezer compartment and a kettle. During the stay, guests have access to a hairdryer.

In the outdoor area, guests can enjoy using the balcony. From the balcony of each studio there is a direct or side sea view, which is why a holiday in this accommodation will certainly remain memorable. Additionally, there is a fenced shared yard that contains a landscaped lawn and represents a perfect place for socializing and fun for the youngest. This property also has its own beach furniture, namely fifteen sets of sun loungers and parasols located on the beach directly in front of the property, which guests can use for an additional fee.

Pets are not allowed in this property.

Cleaning service is provided every other day, towel replacement is carried out every third day, while bed linen replacement is provided every fifth day. This organization of hygiene services reflects the owner’s desire to provide guests with the highest hygiene standards while also relieving them of everyday household chores while staying on holiday.

Private parking is not provided for apartment guests, but parking is possible in the immediate vicinity of the property, along the street.

In case guests wish to further explore the beauty of the peninsula, it is important to note that this accommodation is located 21 km from Neos Marmaras, 41 km from Nikiti, while the nearest airport is in Thessaloniki, 129 km away.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
