Accommodation description
Lazaros Maria Apartment is located in the traditional village of Maries on the island of Thassos, ideal for those who wish to experience the authentic atmosphere of Greece and spend their vacation away from the crowds. The accommodation is approximately 12km away from the nearest beach, offering a unique blend of peace, nature, and local way of life.
The apartment, covering an area of 57m², is situated on the first floor and is designed to accommodate up to four people. Guests have at their disposal a bedroom with a double bed, while the living room features a sofa for two.
It is equipped with air conditioning, TV, internet, washing machine, hairdryer, as well as mosquito nets on the entrance doors. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, oven with stove, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain, and guests also have access to two balconies with a view of the mountain.
There is no private parking available, but parking is possible nearby. Pets are allowed upon prior request.
Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, along with the cleaning of the apartment.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
