In one bedroom is a double bed and in the other one are two single beds. In the living room is a folding sofa. The bathroom is equipped with a shower tray with curtain and washing machine. Apartment has two balconies (one from the front side with a view towards the olives and greenery and second one from the backside with garden and street view), both equipped with a sitting set. It is air-conditioned, with TV, internet, shutters and drying rack.
Courtyard is fenced and secure, spacious and nicely arranged (lawn, flowers, paths, swings, sitting sets, barbecue). Private parking is available.
In order to reach the apartment, turn towards the sea from the main road, next to the supermarket Masoutis in Nikiti, and continue straight for around 500m.
