Ioanna House is an apartment close to the sea, on a good location, in the peaceful Metamorfosi, widely known as the air spa. Separate entrance guarantees privacy, and the position of the apartment on the second floor (in the attic) provides a beautiful sea view from the balcony. The accommodation is modestly equipped and it’s not new, but it’s neat and fully functional.
The house is located about 250m from the beach in Metamorfosi, somewhere with sand and somewhere with small pebbles. The facilities that this place offers are about 100m far - various stores, bars, gyros, pizzeria, traditional taverns and a few souvenir shops. The popular Nikiti is at 7-8km away, with large and well-equipped stores if you’re planning to go shopping.
The apartment can accommodate up to five people. It has a dining room with kitchen, two separate bedrooms, bathroom and a private balcony with awning, sitting set and a drying rack. The dining room and a kitchen are equipped with a dining table, stove, large fridge with freezer, as well as all necessary dishes and cutlery for meal preparation. This room also has a TV and air conditioning. One bedroom is equipped with two connected single beds, wardrobe and access to the balcony, while the second bedroom has a wardrobe and two single beds, as well as one separate single bed and one folding armchair. The bathroom is very small, with neither a shower cabin nor a shower tray, but only tiles. A hairdryer is available as well as free WiFi internet. Replacement of bed linen and towels is done once a week, while the guests take care of the hygiene by themselves.
There is no courtyard or private parking, but you can easily park on the street nearby.
Turn off the main road to Metamorfosi and continue ahead, and after passing the pharmacy (on the right side), turn into the street on the right, and after the Vozina Hotel, turn into the first street to the right again and there you are.
Ioanna House could be a good choice for guests not bothered by the roof slopes and who are not too demanding in terms of furniture quality and equipment, but who are looking for privacy, a nice sea view and the vicinity of the beach. The staircase leading to the entrance of the apartment is a bit steeper and narrower in some areas, so this accommodation might not be ideal for families with small children.
REMARK: For summer 2020, due to the COVID-19 and according to the new Greek regulations (health protocols) - the Check In will be from 17:30 p.m - 21:00 p.m, and the Check Out will be from 08:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Ioanna House will initially offer bed linen to the guests, but there will be no change of sheets - because it is forbidden to enter the accommodation unit during the stay of the customers. So, it would be good for the guests to have their own bed linen. Ioanna House will not provide towels to the guests at all, so it would be necessary for the customers to have their own towels.
