Trikorfo Beach Resort is located among the old olive grove in the very center of Halkidiki, near Gerakini. Modern and well-equipped accommodation units with luxurious elements provide privacy and comfort. The complex extends over an area of ​​over 7,5ha, it has a beach bar, restaurant, parking space, football and basketball courts and a playground for children, and it is designed to fully meet the needs of even the most demanding guests.

The complex is built in the place Trikorfo and it consists of two parts, Panorama and Seaside with the main road in-between. Maisonettes Panorama are located at about 350m from the beach, while the maisonettes Seaside are about 70m from the beach. In the immediate vicinity, apart from the mini-market within the complex, there’s no tourist offer and content, still, everything you need is easy to find nearby in Psakoudia and Gerakini.

Maisonettes Panorama are divided into two types, Junior and Superior. Maisonette Panorama Junior (65m2) has a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with one double bed, a separate and fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a porch with a seating set on the first level. On the second level which is enclosed by glass doors, there’s a bedroom with two single beds and a spacious terrace with a table and chairs, as well as a bathroom with a glass shower cabin. Maisonette Panorama Superior (75m2) has a living room with two sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a toilet and a veranda with a sitting set on the first level, while on the second level there are two bedrooms (with one double, i.e. two single beds) a bathroom with a glass shower cabin and a terrace with a table and chairs.

Maisonettes Seaside are also divided into two types. Maisonette Seaside Junior (65m2) has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a porch with sitting set on the first level, while on the second level (reached by spiral wooden stairs) there are two bedrooms (with one double, i.e two single beds), a bathroom with a glass shower cabin and a terrace with a table and chairs. Maisonette Seaside Superior (75m2) has three bedrooms. On the first level, there’s a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, bedroom with one double bed, bathroom with a glass shower cabin and a porch with sitting set, while on the second level there are two bedrooms (with one double, i.e. two single beds ), toilet and a terrace with table and chairs. Maisonette Seaside Superior are not available for rent for season 2022.

The maximum capacity of maisonettes Junior is four people, while the maximum capacity of maisonettes Superior is six people. All maisonettes have a fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender and necessary dishes, TV, air conditioning units, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, safe box and hairdryer. All maisonettes Seaside have a view of the yard, while some maisonettes Panorama have a partial sea view and some overlook the courtyard. Cleaning and replacement towels are performed every day, while the bed linen are replaced twice a week. The use of the washing machine or iron is charged extra.

In the courtyard, there are sun beds and umbrellas, barbecue and football and basketball courts, and guests can use a private parking space. From 2017, below the Seaside part of the complex, there’s a restaurant where guests can enjoy local specialities and a beautiful sea view. Breakfast or half board are available with an additional charge, and the meals are served in the restaurant Elia. On the arranged beach, there’s a bar, umbrellas, sun beds and refreshment. Guests can use a free transport service from one part of the complex to another (golf cart). Babysitting is also available upon request and with an additional charge.

You will find the complex on the main road if you continue ahead after passing Gerakini.
