Al Mare Villas are located next to the famous Atspas beach in Skala Maries. The accommodation offers two spacious and modern maisonettes and can accommodate up to 8 persons. Both units have sea view balconies. Center of the village, with supermarkets and taverns are just few minutes away.
Accommodation is in the first row next to the sea. Beach Atspas in front is sandy and arranged so you can get free sunbeds and umbrellas if you order drink from the beach bar. First market is just next to the building while center with taverns is 550 meters away.
Accommodaion is built in 2011. and has two maisonettes with sea view. On the upper floor of maisonette, there are bathroom and two bedrooms (each has private balcony, one has sea view). On the ground floor are third bedroom (two single beds), living room with corner sofa that becomes a bed and with a kitchen, as well as one more bathroom. Kitchen has big fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine and toster.
Al Mare 1 (100m2) has double beds in the upper floor bedrooms while Al Mare 2 (105m2) has double bed in one and two singles in another bedroom. Al Mare 2 has one more sofa in the living room so it can accommodate 9 persons in total.
The owners can give you a baby cot if needed, but no extra beds.
Both maisonettes have wireless internet, AC, safe box, TV, mosquito nets and hairdryer.
The hygiene in apartment is maintained by the guests themselves. The owners are giving new towels and linen every third day.
Parking spot can be found in the street in front of the villa.
When you are arriving from the Prinos direction, keep driving straight even when you see the sign for turning right into the village. Keep going until you see the board for Atspas beach and than turn right. Soon after you will see beach bar Porto Gatos which is exactly next to Al Mare.
This accommodation is great choice for two or more families or maybe bigger companies who search for modern villa next to the sandy beach.
