Villa Ioanna is located in the center of the fishing village Skala Maries, on the southern part of the island. It is just a step away from the beach and all the amenities that this place offers, so it has an excellent location. It offers a comfortable duplex apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people.

Ioanna is situated 20m away from the town beach and the town center.

For online reservations, only the first floor is available, which occupies a fully equipped apartment. It features stylish furniture made of quality wood. In addition to the bedrooms, there is also a living room with a sofa bed, separated by sliding doors from a very large and well-equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, and a dishwasher. The accommodation unit includes a bathroom with a glass-enclosed bathtub.

There are two living rooms in this accommodation. One bedroom has a double bed and an open terrace near the entrance door, while the other has a single bed with a pull-out drawer and a separate balcony. There is also a sofa bed for two people. The terrace, accessible from the living room, offers a side view of the sea and the town beach, and it is ideal for enjoying the first morning coffee.

Wireless internet is provided for the apartment guests. The apartment also includes a hairdryer and an iron.

Towel and linen change is done every four days, while guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment.

Parking is available on the street in front of the accommodation.

Villa Ioanna has an excellent location. It is located about 20 meters from the town beach, and there are two more beautiful beaches in this place - Atspas and Sunset Beach. In the center, there are a supermarket, a promenade, excellent taverns with fresh seafood, a pharmacy, and a bakery.

When coming from the direction of Prinos, after reaching the town beach in the town center, turn left into the first street before the minimarket, near the Cavo D’Oro tavern. At the very beginning of the street, you will see Villa Ioanna, a two-story family house, on your right side.

Skala Maries is a small and peaceful place with good beaches on the outskirts and even better sunsets. When you feel the need for a bit more crowd, Limenaria is located 7km away, while Potos is 11km away.
