This spacious apartment is situated on the third floor of the building and can accommodate up to four adults and two children up to seven years old. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room connected to the kitchen and dining area, and one bathroom. One bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The living room includes a sofa that can accommodate two people. Its spacious layout, abundance of natural light, and beautiful sea view make this apartment an ideal choice for families and small groups seeking comfortable accommodation in a prime location.

A baby cot is included in the price and is available upon request, provided guests inform us in advance when making their reservation.

The apartment is equipped with three air conditioning units, ensuring a comfortable stay during the summer months. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for meal preparation, including two ceramic hobs, a small oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, and an electric kettle. For additional convenience, the apartment also features a washing machine and a hairdryer.

A mandatory final cleaning fee applies after check-out. During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Additional cleaning services, as well as bed linen and towel changes during the stay, are available at an extra charge.

Parking is available on the property, subject to current availability, and parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance. If all on-site parking spaces are occupied, guests may also park in the surrounding streets.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 40 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
