Emma Beach Front Luxury Suite is located about 3 km from Mola Kaliva, a small and quiet seaside town on the west coast of Kassandra, in the first row to the sea and about 60 meters from the beach, which can be reached by crossing the road. The proximity of the coast allows guests to enjoy swimming and spending time by the sea without having to walk for a long time, while the location outside the town itself provides more peace and privacy, away from the crowds. The modern and functionally furnished space makes this accommodation particularly suitable for couples and small families who want a comfortable vacation in a quieter environment, and the possibility of staying all year round allows you to come outside the main summer season.

The apartment is located on the second floor of the building without an elevator and offers a modern and functionally furnished space that includes a living room connected to the kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The carefully designed layout and pleasant interior create a comfortable environment for a maximum of three adults, which is why the apartment is particularly suitable for couples and small families. There is a double bed in the bedroom, while in the living room guests have access to a sofa that can be used as a single bed.

For the youngest guests, a cot can be provided upon request, which makes it easier for parents to organize their trip and contributes to a more practical and pleasant stay with a small child.

Air conditioning is available for a pleasant temperature during warm summer days, while WiFi internet and Smart TV provide the opportunity to relax with your favorite content. The TV is also located in the bedroom, so guests can enjoy additional comfort and privacy. The kitchen is adapted to daily meal preparation and is equipped with a glass-ceramic hob with two heating zones, an oven and a large fridge with freezer, while a coffee machine, kettle and toaster make it easy to prepare breakfast and hot drinks. A dishwasher makes it easier to maintain the kitchen, and a washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board make the stay more practical, especially for guests staying longer.

The apartment has a balcony suitable for morning coffee, rest and relaxation outdoors, while the side view of the sea additionally contributes to the pleasant ambiance. Guests also have access to a shared balcony on the roof of the building, which they can use to stay outdoors and enjoy the surroundings.

Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, so guests can bring their pets with them on vacation and enjoy moments together without having to be separated from them during their trip.

Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the apartments during their stay. Replacement sets of bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation, and guests are responsible for changing them. For all reservations at this accommodation, there is a mandatory final cleaning service fee.

Guests arriving by their own vehicle have access to one private parking space, which contributes to a more practical stay and makes it easier to visit the surrounding beaches and other places on Kassandra.

Located on the west coast of Kassandra, between Possidi and Nea Skioni, Mola Kaliva attracts guests who prefer silence, natural surroundings, and a slower pace of vacation. Its shore is covered mostly with fine pebbles, while when entering the sea, you come across a flat stone slab, after which the sandy bottom and shallow part continue. Although this type of access to the water is not the most practical for families with very young children, the sea is clean, calm, and pleasant for swimming. Along the beach, there are arranged areas, but also quieter parts of the coast where visitors can use their own equipment, and in some places natural shade is available. The place has small shops, taverns, cafes and bars, while for a richer selection of facilities you can visit the surrounding resorts. This environment is suitable for couples, families, and all guests who want to relax outside the large tourist centers, with the possibility of exploring the beaches and places of the west coast of Kassandra by car. The accommodation is about 98 kilometers from the international airport in Thessaloniki.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
