Accommodation isn’t in a fantastic location. It offers a direct view of the sea, and the beach with excellent bars and a swimming area is right opposite. Free parking is always available. Most importantly, the room is comfortable, with a large terrace, big beds, and exceptional cleanliness—the hosts treat guests as if they were staying in a five-star hotel. Highly recommended!

Five-star accommodation that I wholeheartedly recommend. It is located in an ideal spot, just a few steps from the beach; hygiene and cleanliness are exemplary. The apartment is exceptionally well furnished; everything is new and flawless, and it offers all that is necessary for a comfortable stay. The apartment is cleaned every three days, with replacement of towels and bed linens. The owner, Marija, is extremely kind and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and will gladly return.

Okean Studio, located near the beach and all the happenings, boasts hygiene at the highest possible level. You receive towels, and there is an option to request room cleaning or additional linens and towels. The owner is exceptionally pleasant and understands Serbian. The room is equipped with air conditioning, and the kitchen features a river view; everything has been newly renovated. The terrace is enormous, there is a safe in the room, and parking is hassle-free. A perfect 10/10 from us; we look forward to seeing you next year!

An excellent apartment with an exceptional location just 50 meters from the beach. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the sea. Everything is new, clean, and tidy. It is equipped with all the necessary amenities. We were welcomed by Maria, a very kind and wonderful woman, who was always there to assist with anything we needed. The location is outstanding; right in front of the apartment, across the street, there is a beach with a café offering sun loungers, as well as ample space for those who bring their own equipment. The hostess is very kind and always available for any inquiries. She welcomed us with a bottle of wine, and towels and bed linens are changed every four days. The kitchen is excellently equipped.

The landlady is exceptionally kind, everything was as agreed. Whenever we requested cleaning of the apartment, they promptly attended to it. The location is perfect. The apartment is comfortable, but in the pictures, it seemed like a different studio, so we were expecting the one from the photos.

Everything was truly wonderful, and we plan to do it again. The insulation is good, so the noise from the café across the street can be easily resolved by closing the door.

If you are visiting Ierisos, I recommend two of the most beautiful beaches in the area: one is in Amuliani, Aliki Beach, and the other is Xiropotamos, which is a 10-minute drive from Ierisos. I suggest taking the left turn at Lidl, as it is the better route.

My husband and I stayed at the Okean studio, in junior studio number 7 on the second floor, in September 2022. The accommodation is exceptionally tastefully furnished, just as depicted in the photographs. It has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Our studio was located on the side of the building, with the terrace shaded and offering a side view of the sea throughout the entire morning. The location is just fifty meters from a remarkably beautiful beach. The internet, cleanliness, and the hospitality of the hosts were MORE THAN EXCELLENT. The only downside we can mention, which exclusively pertains to studio number 7, as we cannot comment on the others, is that the bathroom window belonging to the neighboring studio is located on the terrace of the studio we occupied. However, this is not a concern as the terrace is quite long, making this drawback negligible. THE STUDIO IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
