Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 10% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
We offer two types of studios - 6 deluxe studios and 2 junior studios.
Our deluxe studios have a large double bed and a double sofa bed and are suitable for up to 4 adults. The room size is 27 sqm, not including the 8 sqm balcony. The studio also offers a fully-equiped kitchen, an air-conditioning unit, a large TV, a dining corner with comfortable chairs, wardrobe and storage space and an ensuite bathroom.
Our junior studios have a large double bed and a sofa bed. The room size is 22 sqm, not including the 5 sqm balcony, and can host up to three guests. The studio offers a fully-equiped kitchen, an air-conditioning unit, a TV set, a sitting area with a comfortable sofa, wardrobe and storage space and an ensuite bathroom.
A baby cot and a baby chair are available upon request.
