Dariva 2 Apartment is located in a quiet part of Nea Skioni, approximately 130 m from the beach. Nea Skioni is one of the most charming resorts on the southern part of the Kassandra peninsula, known for its fishing harbor, relaxed atmosphere, and beautiful natural surroundings that provide ideal conditions for a peaceful holiday. Thanks to its location away from the busiest tourist areas, the apartment is an excellent choice for families and groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxing stay while remaining within easy reach of the beach and all the amenities the village has to offer.

Dariva 2 Apartment is a one-bedroom apartment situated on the ground floor, accommodating up to six adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a bunk bed, while the living room features a sofa that can be converted into a bed for two guests. Its practical layout and functional design make the apartment particularly suitable for families with children as well as smaller groups of friends.

A baby cot is available upon request, free of charge.

The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi, a TV, a hairdryer, and a washing machine. The kitchen is designed for self-catering and includes a stove with four ceramic hobs, a full-size oven, and a large refrigerator with a freezer.

Guests can spend their leisure time on the spacious veranda furnished with outdoor seating. It offers a pleasant setting for enjoying a morning coffee, relaxing in the shade, or spending the evening outdoors after a day at the beach.

Pets are not allowed.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation. Replacement sets of bed linen and towels are provided for stays of 10 nights or longer, while this service is not available for shorter stays.

The property does not offer private parking. Guests may park their vehicles in the nearby public parking areas.

Nea Skioni is a peaceful seaside village known for its authentic fishing harbor, long sandy beach, and waterfront promenade lined with traditional tavernas and cafés. Visitors can enjoy water sports, boat trips, and excursions along the Kassandra coastline, while the popular resorts of Hanioti, located 10 km away, and Pefkohori, 13 km away, are also within easy reach. Thessaloniki International Airport is 101 km from the property.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 10 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
