Discount
For reservations made before 15.01.2025, for period from 10.05.2025 to 05.10.2025, discount of 10 % of total reservation is allowed.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Description
Ionian Theoxenia Hotel is located in Kanali, with only a lightly trafficked street separating it from the beach. Amenities include a 24/7 reception, safe (at an additional charge), a pool with a children's area and bar, main bar, restaurant, snack bar, elevator, TV lounge, gym, sauna, and tennis and basketball courts.
Preveza is approximately 12km away.
There are 20 accommodation units available, spread across the basement, first, and second floors. Ten deluxe double rooms (38m2) with one double bed and two sofas or two single beds and two sofas. Three double rooms of the Economy type (40m2) without a terrace and sea view, with one double bed or two connected single beds. Two triple rooms of the Economy type (40m2) without a terrace and sea view, with one double bed or two connected single beds and an additional single bed. Five Deluxe Family Suite apartments (50m2), with one double bed, two single beds, and two sofas, with a large terrace and sea view.
All accommodation units feature a minibar, LCD TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, and a modern bathroom with toiletries and a hairdryer. Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every two days. The units in this accommodation do not have a kitchen.
Parking is provided for all guests.
The beach in front of the hotel is long and sandy, with complimentary sun loungers and umbrellas.
