Friday Mood Villas is a modern and elegantly designed accommodation located in Pefkohori, just 200 meters from the beach, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing and comfortable seaside holiday. The villas are contemporary and well equipped, with carefully selected details that provide a sense of comfort and warmth throughout the stay, while the entire complex is nestled in a beautifully landscaped garden with lush greenery, creating a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere ideal for relaxation. Pefkohori is one of the most popular resorts on the Halkidiki peninsula, known for its long sandy beach and crystal-clear waters, and it features a well-organized seaside promenade lined with numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops, offering a lively yet relaxed summer atmosphere. Thanks to its excellent location, Pefkohori is also an ideal base for exploring the entire Kassandra peninsula, as well as many stunning nearby beaches.

There are four villas available, all maisonette-style, spread over two levels and accommodating up to six adults each.

This accommodation offers three-bedroom apartments arranged on two levels. On the lower level, on the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom, while on the upper level, on the first floor, there are two bedrooms and an additional bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with one double bed each.

A baby cot is available upon request and is included in the price.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has air conditioning in both the living room and bedrooms, guests have access to free WiFi, a TV, a safety deposit box, a hairdryer, an iron, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

On the ground floor there is a spacious veranda, while on the first floor there are two balconies, all carefully arranged and furnished with comfortable seating. These spaces are ideal for relaxation, whether enjoying a morning coffee, daytime rest, or peaceful evening moments. Within the complex, some villas feature a private pool, while others share a pool with other accommodation units, depending on the selected type.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay, as well as bed linen and towel changes, is carried out every three days, ensuring a high level of hygiene and comfort throughout the stay.

Guests are provided with a parking space directly in front of the accommodation, allowing easy and quick access, as well as added convenience during their stay.

Friday Mood Villas is located 6 km from Hanioti, 10 km from Polychrono, and 21 km from Kallithea. The nearest airport, Thessaloniki “Makedonia” Airport, is 97 km away.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 10 days prior arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

Upon arrival, guests are obliged to pay a 15€ per day environmental tax.
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of 300€ in cash upon arrival to cover any potential damages. The deposit is refunded on the day of departure, also in cash, after the property has been inspected and it has been confirmed that no damage has occurred in the villa.
