Bora Bora Villa presents a modern house that is synonymous with comfort and summer enjoyment in a spacious grassy yard, private pool and stylishly designed interior. It is situated in Polychrono, on the Kassandra peninsula and is 950 m away from the nearest beach and 2.5 km from the resort center, while the surroundings of the house itself provide complete privacy and a pleasant sense of isolation, necessary for complete relaxation and recovery from the busy everyday life.

This facility, intended for a maximum of eight adults, consists of a semi-basement, first and second floors. There is one bedroom in the semi-basement, while the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and a bathroom are located on the first floor. On the second floor there are two more bedrooms and an additional bathroom, which contributes to the guests’ comfort. All bedrooms in this facility are equipped with one double bed each, which ensures the highest possible quality of sleep during the stay for all accommodation guests and ensures a vacation that will be remembered for the feeling of freshness and restfulness.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided at the guests’ request, with prior notice at the time of booking.

This accommodation is air conditioned, and air conditioners are positioned in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. The accommodation is also equipped with a WiFi internet connection, as well as with a flat screen TV located in the living room, promising that guests will not be deprived of their favorite multimedia content during their stay. The kitchen is suitable for preparing meals and is equipped with a built-in cooking plate with four glass-ceramic hotplates, a large oven, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a microwave oven. A washing machine and a dishwasher, as well as a hair dryer, are available to guests.

When it comes to open spaces, guests can enjoy a total of three balconies, which can be accessed from the living room and the bedrooms, while a spacious yard with a well-maintained lawn, equipped with seating furniture and sunbeds, is a special convenience. In addition to this, the accommodation also includes a private swimming pool, which is located directly opposite the accommodation, and which is equipped with sunbeds as well, which ensures that enjoyment in summer temperatures and atmosphere is complete.

It is not possible to stay with pets in this facility.

Cleaning and the services of changing bed linen and towels are scheduled every three days and are included in the price of the accommodation, which guarantees that guests will be able to devote their entire time to enjoying the amenities offered by the accommodation, unburdened by thinking about daily household chores.

Three parking spaces are available to guests in the courtyard of the house, which presents an additional convenience, especially for those who are used to going on vacation using their own vehicles.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 10 days prior arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
