The two-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to eight adults. It consists of a living room, kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has two double beds, while the second bedroom has one double bed, and the living room features a sofa bed for two people.

The air-conditioned accommodation offers free WiFi, Smart TV, a hairdryer and a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster.

The rooms have separate verandas overlooking the beautifully landscaped garden, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful and pleasant surroundings. Guests also have access to a fenced and carefully maintained garden with natural shade, providing plenty of space for relaxation and socializing. For stays longer than ten days, the accommodation is cleaned and the bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay. For stays of ten days or less, guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and for changing the bed linen and towels provided by the owner.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
