The apartment is located on the second floor of the building and can accommodate a maximum of two adults and two children up to 15 years old. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two people.

A baby cot is available upon request and is included in the price.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a hairdryer and a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with two ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster.

Guests can relax on the private balcony, which is equipped with outdoor seating, or in the small, fenced and well-maintained courtyard of the building where the accommodation is located. The courtyard also features outdoor seating in a shaded area, as well as a shared barbecue, providing additional space for pleasant outdoor moments.

Pets are allowed and are included in the price. However, guests are fully responsible for any damage that their pet may cause during their stay. The exact amount of compensation is not fixed in advance and depends directly on the assessment of the damage caused.

Cleaning of the accommodation, as well as the changing of bed linen and towels, is carried out every third day during the stay.

There is no private parking, but a free parking space can usually be found in front of the accommodation or along the street where it is located.

Hili Resort Luxurious Seaside Apartment is located near Alexandroupoli, which is the first major urban center before the border crossing with Turkey, while Kavala, the nearest major city, is 142 km away. The accommodation is 136 km from Keramoti, the port from which ferries regularly depart for the island of Thassos, known for its sandy beaches and lush vegetation; the ferry journey takes approximately 35–40 minutes. Ferries to the island of Samothraki also depart from Alexandroupoli. Samothraki is an authentic and wild island known for its unspoiled nature, impressive mountain peaks, numerous waterfalls, natural rock pools and rich ancient history, and it was here that the famous statue of Nike of Samothrace was discovered. The nearest international airport, Alexander the Great Airport in Kavala, is 130 km away.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 15 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
