This accommodation is an apartment organized as a maisonette on two levels and is intended for a maximum of eight adults and two children up to the age of seven. The lower level is located in the semi-basement and consists of two bedrooms, while the upper level, or the first floor, which is reached by external stairs, contains a living room connected to the kitchen, another bedroom and a bathroom. This layout provides a good division of space and is particularly suitable for families or groups who value comfort, privacy and multiple separate rooms during their vacation. On the lower level, one bedroom has a double bed and a single sofa bed, while the second has two single beds and a drawer-bed. The third bedroom, on the upper level, is equipped with a double bed, while the living room has two sofa beds that can be used to sleep two children up to the age of seven.

For a more pleasant stay during summer days, the apartment is equipped with an air conditioner, while both semi‑basement bedrooms have fans, improving air circulation in the lower part of the accommodation. Guests have access to WiFi, a TV in the living room, a washing machine, and a hair dryer, making the space practical for longer family stays. The kitchen area is equipped with a four-burner stove, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, and a kettle, allowing for meal and drink preparation during the stay.

Deposit of 40% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
