Family North Apartment is located in Nikiti, one of the most popular resorts in Sithonia, approximately 400 m from the city beach. Thanks to its good location, guests can easily reach the sea, promenade, taverns, shops, and all the amenities that this picturesque place offers. The advantages of the accommodation are a functional layout of the rooms, private parking, good equipment, and the proximity to numerous beaches for which Sithonia is known.

The apartment is located on the first floor and consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom. It is intended for a maximum of five adults. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, while the living room has a sofa for one person. This room arrangement allows for a comfortable stay for families or small groups of friends. The interior of the apartment is decorated simply with an emphasis on comfort.

Guests have at their disposal air conditioning in the living room, an additional air conditioner in the bedroom with a double bed, WiFi internet, a television with satellite channels, a hairdryer, and a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped for preparing daily meals and has four standard burners, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, and a toaster.

The apartment has a standard balcony overlooking the courtyard and the street, and the peaceful surroundings contribute to a pleasant atmosphere during the stay in this accommodation.

Pets are not allowed.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation. The replacement of bed linen and towels is not carried out on a predetermined schedule but is available upon request and is included in the price of the stay.

Kastri Beach is about 3 km away, Agios Ioannis approximately 4 km, while one of the most famous beaches of Sithonia, Kalogria, is located about 6 km from the accommodation. The center of Nikiti with numerous restaurants, taverns, cafes, and shops is just a few minutes’ walk away. Metamorfosi is about 7 km away, Vourvourou about 14 km, and Neos Marmaras approximately 20 km from the accommodation. Thessaloniki is about 100 km away, while Macedonia International Airport is located approximately 90 km away. Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
