The Twin Pearls Luxury Pool Villas are located near Ormos Panagias, about 1.5 km from this place and about 480 m from the beach, in a quieter part of Sithonia that offers guests a good combination of privacy, proximity to the sea and a relaxed summer atmosphere. The accommodation is a good choice for families or groups who want a more comfortable stay by the pool, more space and a pleasant atmosphere for a holiday away from the busiest tourist areas. Thanks to its location in this part of Halkidiki, the villas represent a practical base for enjoying the nearby beaches, spending time outdoors and visiting the famous bays and towns of northeastern Sithonia.

The Twin Pearls Luxury Pool Villas offer two apartments with an identical layout, which are maisonettes on three levels and are designed to accommodate a maximum of eight adults. The lower level is located on the ground floor and includes a living room connected to the kitchen and a separate toilet, so this area is intended for communal living, preparing meals, and daily use of the space. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom, while on the second floor, in the attic, there is a third bedroom and another bathroom. All three bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two people, providing sleeping space for up to eight adults.

Both apartments are equipped with amenities that allow guests to have a comfortable and practical stay during their vacation. Air conditioners contribute to a more pleasant temperature in the space, while WiFi internet facilitates everyday connectivity, planning activities, and communication during their stay. Guests also have access to a Smart TV for relaxing with their favorite content, while a washing machine and a hairdryer are particularly useful for longer and more independent stays. The kitchen is equipped for everyday preparation of meals and drinks, and guests have access to a stove with four glass ceramic heating zones, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster, which makes it easier to organize breakfast, family meals, and maintain the kitchen during their stay.

The outdoor area of the accommodation is organized around the pool, which is the main area for relaxation and refreshment during the summer days. Guests have access to sun loungers by the pool, so this area can be especially pleasant for a break between trips to the beach or for quieter moments within the accommodation. The maisonettes also have verandas and balconies, which provide additional space for outdoor living, with a view of the pool and the surrounding area.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation, at no additional charge, so guests can bring dogs or cats during their vacation. This convenience further facilitates the organization of travel for families and guests who do not want to be separated from their pets.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation themselves, in accordance with their needs and the rhythm of their vacation. Ormos Panagias is a small seaside town on the northeastern side of Sithonia, known for its quieter atmosphere, port and good location for visiting the beaches in this part of Halkidiki. The place is suitable for guests who want a more relaxed holiday, without big crowds and intense nightlife, but with enough facilities for a pleasant summer stay, such as taverns, cafes and basic shops. Nearby there are beautiful sandy beaches with clear sea, among which Trani Ammouda stands out, suitable for families, couples and guests who prefer a wider coast and a more natural environment. Ormos Panagias is also practical for guests who want to explore Sithonia, because from this part it is easy to visit the nearby beaches, smaller towns and coves, while the port additionally contributes to the local charm and the possibility of organizing excursions during the summer. The accommodation is about 96 kilometers from the international airport in Thessaloniki.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Discounts

For reservations in 3 Bedroom Apartment, Three level, for period from 14.08.2026 to 31.08.2026, for stays of 10 nights and more, there is a discounted price of 239 euros per day.
