The modern, newly built studios in this villa provide functional and comfortable accommodation, making it especially suitable for couples seeking a relaxing holiday near the sea.

The property offers two studios located in the semi-basement, each designed for up to two adults. Both studios are identically furnished and equipped with a double bed, providing a functional and pleasant space for a stay.

For guests traveling with a small child, a baby crib can be provided free of charge upon prior arrangement with the owner, ensuring a comfortable stay for the family.

The studios are modernly decorated and equipped to provide guests with a functional and pleasant environment. Air conditioning maintains a comfortable temperature during hot summer days, while WiFi and smart TV are available for daily connectivity, planning activities, and relaxation after a day at the beach. The kitchenette is suitable for preparing simple meals and includes a ceramic hob with two heating zones, a microwave for quick heating, as well as a kettle and coffee maker for morning drinks. A refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a hairdryer further add to the practicality of the stay.

Both studios feature a veranda within the semi-basement area, furnished with seating, offering guests a pleasant outdoor space. Thanks to the property’s location, the outdoor area provides a sense of privacy and a calmer atmosphere, ideal for morning or evening relaxation.

Pets are not allowed to ensure hygiene standards, tidiness, and a pleasant environment for all guests.

Cleaning service is provided during the stay, with a mid-stay cleaning, ensuring a cleaner and more comfortable holiday. At that time, bed linen and towels are also replaced, adding freshness and convenience. This arrangement allows guests a worry-free stay and a more pleasant daily environment.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 10 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
