Kougionis Rooms is located in the small seaside village of Valti, on the eastern coast of Sithonia, about 7 km from Sykia and only 60 meters from the beach. Set in a peaceful setting, away from the hustle and bustle of larger resorts, this accommodation is a good choice for families and guests who want to spend their holidays close to the sea, with more privacy and a more relaxed atmosphere. Its location in the southern part of Sithonia also allows for easy access to the surrounding beaches, while the landscaped yard and secured parking space further contribute to a practical and pleasant stay.

The offer includes one studio located on the ground floor, consisting of a single space with a sleeping area and kitchen, as well as a bathroom. It is designed to accommodate a maximum of three adults, and guests have a double bed and a single bed available for sleeping. The functional organization of the space makes it suitable for smaller families, couples, or guests who want practical accommodation near the sea during their holiday.

For the youngest guests, a cot can be provided upon request and at no additional charge, which makes it easier for parents to organize their trip and allows for a more convenient stay with a small child.

The studio has air conditioning, WiFi internet and a Smart TV with satellite channels and applications for enjoying your favorite content. The kitchen area is equipped with a glass-ceramic hob with two heating zones, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle and a toaster, allowing guests to prepare simpler meals and drinks during their vacation. Additional equipment includes a washing machine and a hairdryer, which especially contribute to practicality during longer stays.

There is a private veranda next to the studio, suitable for outdoor recreation and relaxation during the warmer parts of the day. The accommodation offers a side view of the sea, while guests have at their disposal a landscaped and fenced yard with a maintained lawn and natural shade, which provides a pleasant space for staying outside the studio. A private portable barbecue is available for preparing food outdoors.

Special attention is paid to hygiene, so regular cleaning is carried out every two days, when towels are also changed, while bed linen is changed every four days. Guests can also use an additional cleaning service free of charge, which must be announced in advance so that the owners can organize it for the next day.

Guests arriving by their own vehicle have access to one private parking space, which contributes to a more practical stay and facilitates daily visits to the surrounding beaches and other places in Sithonia.

Valti is a small seaside village on the east coast of Sithonia, which is suitable for guests interested in a quiet holiday in natural surroundings, without the crowds and intense nightlife of larger resorts. The beach of the same name is sandy and about 500 meters long, with a gradual entry into the water and longer shallows, which is why it is suitable for families with children. Thanks to its location in a protected bay, the sea is mostly calm, while some parts of the beach have sun loungers, a bar and a tavern. Most of the coast is left to visitors with their own equipment, which contributes to its relaxed atmosphere and more natural appearance. There are numerous beaches in the southern part of Sithonia in the vicinity, including Griavas, Agridia, Sykia, Klimataria, Pigadaki and Kriarici, so guests can explore the different coves and parts of the coast of this peninsula during their vacation. The accommodation is approximately 139 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
