Owner description
Accommodation Petrino is located in the village of Agios Nikolaos, next to a supermarket and 20 meters from the village square. The square is home to restaurants, taverns, and cafes. The beach is approximately 3500m away. It consists of two apartments. The apartment on the first floor (105m2) has two separate bedrooms, one with a new double bed and the other with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a bathroom, and a utility room with a washing machine. There is an air conditioner in the center of the house. There is also a huge terrace with a living room and an incredible view. It can accommodate up to 6 people. The Stone apartment is located on the ground floor, with two bedrooms each with a double bed where up to 4 people can sleep. It has private parking and Wi-Fi. It does not have air conditioning because it is made of stone and very cool. The kitchen is fully equipped (toaster, kettle, etc.). It has an ironing board, iron, washing machine, hairdryer, etc. It has a living room and a bathroom. It is about 90m2. The ground floor comes with a garden. The accommodation has Wi-Fi and private parking.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
