The 2 Bedroom Apartment on the first floor features a living room with a corner sofa, a three-seater sofa, as well as a dining table and chairs located in the hallway. The kitchen is in a separate area without a door. There are also two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds. The apartment can accommodate up to six people. The bathroom has a bathtub, and a washing machine is located in a small storage room.

Both units have access to WiFi, two air-conditions, an ironing set, and a hairdryer. The kitchens are equipped with a four-ring stove, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, and necessary utensils. TVs are in the living rooms.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation, as well as changing the linens and towels provided by the owner.

The courtyard is well-maintained and fenced, with a private parking area for one vehicle.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
