The kitchen is in a separate area without a door. There are also two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with three single beds. The apartment can accommodate up to six people. The bathroom has a bathtub, and a washing machine is located in a small storage room.
Both units have access to WiFi, an ironing set, and a hairdryer. The kitchens are equipped with a four-ring stove, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, and necessary utensils. The air conditioning is available only in the first-floor apartment, located in the hallway, and TVs are provided only in the living rooms.
Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation, as well as changing the linens and towels provided by the owner.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
