Nonna Apartments is located in Asprovalta, just 290 m from the beach, in a convenient location that provides easy access to the seafront, promenade, and all the amenities this popular resort town is known for. Modernly designed and well-equipped, this property is an excellent choice for families and groups of friends looking to enjoy their holiday in a lively coastal setting. The proximity of restaurants, cafés, shops, and various leisure facilities allows guests to spend their days swimming, taking evening strolls, and exploring the local area, while Asprovalta’s location also offers easy access to many interesting nearby destinations.

The property consists of three accommodation units located on the ground floor and the first floor, including two studios and one two-bedroom apartment. Each unit can accommodate up to four adults. The studios feature a sleeping area and a bathroom, while the apartment includes two bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom. Each studio is furnished with a double bed and a sofa bed for two persons, while the apartment features one double bed in each bedroom.

A baby cot is available upon request with prior notice at the time of booking and is provided free of charge.

Each accommodation unit is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet access, a Smart TV, and a safety deposit box, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchenette includes a single-burner electric hotplate, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and an electric kettle, allowing guests to prepare light meals and refreshments. A hairdryer is also available in every accommodation unit for added convenience.

Each accommodation unit features its own outdoor space in the form of either a balcony or a private fenced veranda on the ground floor. Furnished with outdoor seating, this area provides the perfect setting for enjoying a morning coffee, relaxing after a day at the beach, or unwinding on warm summer evenings.

Pets are not allowed in this property.

Cleaning service, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is provided once during the stay, halfway through the reservation, for stays longer than six nights.

The property does not have private parking. Guests may park their vehicles in public parking spaces located near the accommodation, subject to availability.

Asprovalta is one of the most popular resorts on the northern coast of Greece, well known for its long sandy beach, lively promenade, and wide range of tourist facilities. The town offers numerous taverns, restaurants, cafés, pastry shops, and stores, while the well-maintained waterfront is ideal for walking and spending time by the sea. The nearby resorts of Nea Vrasna, located 2 km away, and Stavros, 10 km away, are also worth visiting, offering beautiful beaches and a relaxed atmosphere. Thessaloniki Macedonia International Airport is located 97 km from the property.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
