If you are looking for accommodation near one of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia, Trani Ammouda, Maria House Studios is a great choice for you. Built in a spacious yard in the peaceful Ormos Panagias, the accommodation is a real oasis of peace and an excellent choice for families with children and all those who want a relaxing holiday away from noisy resorts.
Maria House Studios is located at less then 150m from the sandy Trani Ammouda beach, awarded with a Blue Flag. The closest supermarket and bakeries are located in Ormos Panagias, at about 800m, while Agios Nikolaos village is at 5km.
Maria House Studios offers studios and apartments. There are 14 studios (20-23m2), 11 triple studios have one double and a single bed, two quadruple studios have two double beds, while the third studio has one double and two bunk beds. Kitchens in the studios aren’t separated by a door, but they’re slightly away from the beds. The apartment (43m2) has one separate bedroom with a double and single bed, while in the room with the kitchen there are two single beds. All accommodation units have internet, air conditioning, TV, a kitchen with mini-stove with oven and large refrigerator with freezer compartment, mosquito nets, bathroom with a shower without curtain and a garden view.
Replacement of towels and bed linen is done after 3-4 days.
Maria House Studios is located on a plot of over 2500m2, with a spacious yard, a large green lawn and treetops, where you will find a private parking also. There’s also a barbecue with a gazebo, a table with chairs, as well as two outside showers, as there are none on the beach.
You will find the accommodation by going from the direction of Nikiti. From the main road, enter Ormos Panagias and take the road leading to the Trani Ammouda beach, not to the port. After riding all the way to the beach, turn right and pass the Alexandros accommodation, then go to the first street to the right and drive another hundred meters. After hundred meters you will see the accommodation on the left side of the road.
Bearing in mind that the yard is fenced and there are facilities for children, this accommodation is an excellent choice for families looking for a stay in a quiet area, close to the beach.
